BayBio is pleased to offer the Fellows All-Star Team (FAST) Advisory Program, a team-based business advising program that connects qualified startups with the strength and experience of the world’s leading life science cluster. The program draws on a high-level team of advisors to provide experience, contacts and counsel to qualified applicants, and is made possible through the generous support of Abbott Diabetes, Bayer Healthcare, Gilead Sciences, Johnson & Johnson Innovation and Onyx-Amgen.

The FAST Advisory Program provides select entrepreneurs with intensive team review and coaching to perfect their business model, product development plans, and to build a compelling commercialization strategy. Experienced entrepreneurs, product and business experts (which may include product and clinical development, marketing, communications, corporate law, IP, financial, regulatory, reimbursement and business development specialists) will advise selected Fellows in weekly meetings through the spring, culminating in a Final FAST Showcase before a broad audience that includes potential investors.

Previous participants say that the FAST program has been extremely valuable in analyzing their technology and commercial potential, identifying funding and partnering opportunities, and expanding their network of industry professionals.  If this is the right time for you to refine your business plan and build a team of trusted advisors – and if you are willing to make this important investment of time and effort – please get your applications in by the January 30 deadline.  Should you have questions about the program, please contact FAST@baybio.org.
