Ori Maller, PhD
Ori has almost a decade of experience in cancer research. He is a DOD BCRP postdoctoral fellow at UCSF, where he is investigating the relationships between tissue mechanics and tumor immunity in breast cancer. He is well versed in using in vitro (e.g. 3D cell culture) and in vivo (e.g. genetically modified mice) models to design and execute preclinical studies aimed at elucidating cancer progression–associated mechanisms. Ori received his BS in Chemistry from Stony Brook University and PhD in Cancer Biology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
