BFA Quarterly Meeting: Rethinking Office Space

BayBio Events

The average utilization rate throughout the day for most offices is about 50%, yet many companies make real estate decisions and furnish and equip their facilities based on the formula of one workspace per employee.  What does an office look like when it’s designed to accommodate the maximum expected occupancy, rather than the maximum possible occupancy?

What are its implications for real estate, IT, energy, transit and parking, and the office environment?

The Bio Facility Association invites you to join us for a roundtable discussion where President and COO of LiquidSpace, Doug Marinaro, will lead a conversation about how we can more efficiently design and use office space to achieve a better work environment and reduce costs.

Following the meeting, you are invited to join the BayBio Summer Mixer and Open House reception that will already be in progress at Onyx.  There will be wine, beer and heavy hors d’oeuvres served as well as a number of BayBio’s M2M and Business Solutions providers exhibiting and raffling off prizes.
