Mr. Gregg A. Jackson has over 25 years’ experience in Program, Project, and Engineering Management. Mr. Jackson utilizes an extensive background in Program, Project, R&D, Process and Contract Manufacturing Engineering Management for the development and launch of Medical Devices, Biotech, mobile-health, clinically used, and hospital based technology, including but not limited to: implants, minimally invasive, drug delivery, catheter-based, orthopedic, aseptic fill, cardiovascular, diagnostic, and ablation.
He is proficient in taking projects, programs, teams and product from concept to proof-of-concept, to preclinical and clinical studies, through Risk Management and Mitigation, into Pilot and manufacturing and then on to commercialization launch in extremely fast-paced environments and under tight budgetary constraints. His experience includes leading in-house and outside contract manufacturing and vendor relationships and projects from as small as $10,000 total to as much as $20M.
Gregg is also experienced in working with middle and upper Management at Organizational Development and Transformation, and especially in creating significant turnarounds, transformations and breakthroughs. He has extensive experience in cGMP, GLP and GxP environments, including aseptic manufacturing in Class 100 environments for polymeric formulation and drug filling.
